Osita C. Ogbunamiri

Osita was admitted to practice as Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria since 1991 and is also licensed, active and in good standing as attorney in State of New York and District of Columbia, United States. He is currently the Principal Partner at our North America office and specializes in International  business transactions, corporate law, business and family immigration, government law, international arbitration, anti-trust, intellectual property and real estate.

He is also the Chairman and CEO of Samthonia Realty & Investment LLC, a real estate development and management firm with substantial interest in United States and  Nigeria.

He holds an LL.B and MBA from the University of Nigeria and an LLM from Temple University, James Beasely School of Law Philadelphia, United States.
